4 pieces             DOLE Peaches
2 tablespoons    DOLE Tropical Fruits  


20 ml                  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon      Lime Juice
5 g.                     Chopped bird’s eye chilies
5 g.                     Chopped garlic
To taste              Salt  


1) Dressing - Using a whisk, mix in all ingredients, and whisk until all ingredients are mixed in well together
2) Slice DOLE peaches into half
3) Mix in DOLE peaches and DOLE Tropical Fruits with dressing and serve

Optional Alternatives

- Can be served on fresh green salad
- Mayonnaise can also be used with dressing
- Chili can be excluded from the recipe
