• 1/3 cup gingersnap or other flavored granola, divided
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt, divided
  • 1/3 cup DOLE® Frozen Sliced Peaches, partially thawed, divided
  • 1/3 cup DOLE Frozen Blueberries, partially thawed, divided
  • Fresh mint sprig or leaves 

Layer one-half granola, yogurt and fruit in parfait glass.  Repeat layers.  Garnish with mint.
